    This is really great insight that I'm sure many people can relate to who have children. I especially like the "unexpected recognition as a way to score points". This doesn't only apply in the job field, but everywhere in life. I used to do things like that as a student in elementary and middle school to try and score a few "brownie points" with the teacher. Usually it works.

    Who would have thought you can learn soemthing from little children?
